LaPlante ManagementAbout this app
SLA Investigator explains which SLA clock is due, which policy and target applied, what changed, and how each clock ended.
Why teams use SLA Investigator
See active, at-risk, paused, fulfilled, and breached targets without decoding raw events
Understand the next action and Zendesk evidence behind each clock
Follow policy transitions, repeated cycles, pauses, resumptions, and fulfillment
Search accessible tickets and refine loaded results by SLA evidence and ownership
Compare accessible policy conditions and targets, then print investigation evidence
How it works
Open a saved ticket with a matching SLA policy, or search from the navigation workspace.
Review the clock, target, policy, countdown, achievement guidance, and ticket SLA journey.
Open Zendesk events or policy administration for source verification, then print or prepare an internal-note draft.
Data and fit
The app reads ticket, SLA, Group SLA, policy, search, brand, ownership, user, and privacy-safe audit data available to the signed-in Zendesk role. Analysis is read-only. No ticket content is stored in an external app database, and no external analytics or telemetry are used. Browser storage remembers interface preferences and briefly hands a ticket number between the app's Zendesk locations. CSV and print output are user initiated.
Contact Support is optional. Sending a request creates a public ticket in the customer's Zendesk containing the typed message and displayed account and agent context; notification rules may email it to LaPlante Management. See the privacy policy.
Zendesk Support with configured SLA policies is required. Results depend on plan, configuration, activation, and role permissions. Loaded-ticket summaries are bounded snapshots, not unlimited reporting. Event links provide a timestamp because Zendesk has no supported exact-row anchor.
