*Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace.*Configure your PRDCT API credentials (provided by our support team) in the app settings.*Access Data: The PRDCT Data Platform tab will appear within your tickets. Simply open a ticket to automatically retrieve and display the defined customer profile.
