About this app

Elvan lets you automatically send beautiful CSAT surveys when Zendesk tickets are resolved or closed, and see all customer feedback in one place. Connect your Zendesk instance to Elvan once, then use Elvan to design surveys, schedule when they go out, and analyze results across teams and channels.

Data Disclosure

Elvan accesses the following Zendesk data to operate this integration:

  • Ticket data (ticket ID, status): used to detect when a ticket is resolved or closed and trigger a CSAT survey.
  • Requester data (name, email address): used to send the CSAT survey email to the correct customer.

This data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering post-resolution surveys. Elvan does not sell or share your Zendesk data with third parties. All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.elvan.ai/privacy.

Comment l’installer

  1. Install the Elvan app in your Zendesk instance.

  2. In the ticket sidebar, open the Elvan app and click Connect to Elvan.
  3. Sign in to Elvan (or create an account) and select the project you want to connect.

  4. Complete the OAuth flow so Elvan can securely access your Zendesk account.

  5. In Elvan, configure when CSAT surveys should be sent (e.g. when tickets are solved or closed) and customize the survey.

  6. Close a few test tickets to verify that surveys are being sent and responses appear in Elvan.
