Comment l’installer

  1. Sign up for a free trial at https://www.kixie.com/zendesk.html
  2. Download and install Kixie Google Chrome Extension

  3. Login into Kixie

  4. Go to Zendesk > Settings > API

  5. Check "Enabled" for Token Access

  6. Click "Add new token" and name it Kixie

  7. Copy the API token

  8. Add the API token to Kixie by going into Settings->Add CRM
