Getting Started

  1. Click the "Install" button to add Eloquent AI to your Zendesk account
  2. Once installed, navigate to any support ticket in Zendesk Support
  3. Look for the "Eloquent AI Chat" panel in the right-hand ticket sidebar
  4. The AI assistant will automatically load with context from the current ticket
  5. Type your question in natural language (e.g., "What is this customer's order history?")
  6. Review the AI-generated response with relevant customer data
