Quick Charts puts live ticket visualizations one click away. Open the top bar popover, pick a view, and see your queue broken down by status, priority, assignee workload, channel, and ticket type - all without leaving the agent workspace.

  1. Install Quick Charts from the Zendesk Marketplace.

  2. Click the Quick Charts icon in your top bar.

  3. Select a view from the dropdown to see your first chart.

The free plan includes Status and Priority charts. Upgrade to Pro to unlock all 7 chart types including CSAT Score, Volume Trend, and Assignee Workload.

Optional: Set a default view ID in the app settings to auto-select your most-used view on launch.

No configuration required. No external accounts. Works immediately.
