Super Views replaces native Zendesk ticket views with a faster, richer way to see and triage your tickets.

Install Super Views from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Click the Super Views icon in your left nav bar to open the full-page view.
Select a view from the dropdown at the top of the page. Super Views loads the tickets for that view automatically.
Click any column header to sort. On Pro, click additional headers to sort by multiple columns - sort pills show the active sort order.
Click Export CSV to download the current view (Pro).
The free plan includes up to 100 tickets per view and single-column sorting. Upgrade to Pro for up to 1000 tickets, multi-column sorting, color-coded rows, flags, the SLA column, and CSV export.
There are no required settings - Super Views works immediately after install. To change the plan, go to Admin Center > Apps and integrations > Apps > Zendesk Support apps > Super Views. No external accounts required.
