Part numbers, serial numbers, and model codes render in bundled IBM Plex Mono, clean monospace your customers can read over the phone or copy into an order without error. Headings are set in Barlow Condensed, the confident, space-efficient type of industrial signage, so even dense technical pages stay scannable.

Manufacturing help centers get read in shops, on ladders, and in the field, usually on a phone. Forge keeps text legible, tap targets big, and reading paths short. Every text and interactive color passes WCAG AA contrast, and the layout is fully responsive, tested down to 390px.

Article pages lead with the content, not the chrome. Titles read as the questions technicians and customers actually ask, related articles keep them moving, and the layout works as well for a quick spec lookup as a step-by-step installation guide. Forge is built on the principle that a help center now serves three readers: your customers, your support team, and your AI, and all three want the answer first.
