The content in the Box adheres to the Zendesk ticket security and permissions while allowing agents seamless access to related attachments. Agents can upload, download, view, sort the documents by size, upload date etc. Any uploads to Box are tracked in the ticket comments. Agents can preview and annotate the ticket attachments in Box using Box Preview without having to download the attachments.
