About this app

Trustpilot is an open-to-all customer reviews platform where consumers are heard by businesses, and where businesses can earn consumer trust. With this integration, manage Trustpilot reviews from Zendesk without changing your existing customer service workflow. Each new Trustpilot service or product review automatically creates a Zendesk ticket. Reply directly from Zendesk and automate tasks with triggers and macros.

Data & Privacy

This integration accesses and stores the following data from your Zendesk account: your Zendesk subdomain, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and review and ticket data. This data is used solely for the purpose of creating Zendesk tickets from Trustpilot reviews and enabling replies to those reviews directly from Zendesk. Data is processed and stored by Trustpilot in accordance with Trustpilot's Privacy Policy.

Comment l’installer

Install Trustpilot Reviews directly from the Zendesk Marketplace instead of uploading a private app package.

  1. In Zendesk, open Admin Center.
  2. Go to Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps.
  3. Open the Zendesk Marketplace, search for Trustpilot Reviews, and start the installation.
  4. Review and confirm the app permissions, then complete the Marketplace install in Zendesk.

  5. After installation, go to Apps and integrations > Channel apps and open Trustpilot Reviews.
  6. Under Accounts, click Add account.
  7. Select the domains you want to integrate with Zendesk. You can also choose whether to include product reviews, review tags, and unanswered review sync.

  8. Click Submit, then click Allow in the Zendesk OAuth window to connect the account.
