- Click Install at the top of this page to add Reply From to your Zendesk account.
When prompted, enable the app for the agent groups that handle multi-brand or multi-address support — in most setups, this means everyone.
Open Reply From from the icon in your left sidebar, configure your group → brand → address rules, and your 15-day free trial begins.
