About this app

Plan ticket replies and attachments for a future time. After installation, access is granted once via OAuth; the sidebar app calls our backend on AWS API Gateway, which uses stored Zendesk OAuth tokens to deliver scheduled comments.

Data disclosure: Ticket Scheduler by Arctic Lunar accesses and processes your Zendesk subdomain; OAuth access and refresh tokens; ticket IDs; scheduled comment text; public vs. internal comment setting; optional agent user ID (comment author); attachment upload tokens; and optional custom ticket status IDs from app settings. We use this data only to let agents schedule ticket comments and attachments, verify the connecting agent, upload files to Zendesk, post comments at the scheduled time, and list or cancel pending schedules. Data is transmitted to our backend on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the European Union (eu-central-1). OAuth tokens and scheduled messages are stored in AWS DynamoDB until deleted, sent, or cancelled.
