Data & Privacy:

KiteSuite accesses only the Zendesk ticket data necessary to provide integration functionality, including ticket ID, subject, status, and requester email. This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in KiteSuite solely to enable task creation and synchronization.

KiteSuite does not sell, share, or expose customer data to unauthorized third parties. Authentication is handled exclusively through OAuth 2.0 — no API keys are stored. Data is retained only while the integration is active and is permanently deleted upon disconnection.

  1. Click the Install button to add KiteSuite to your Zendesk account.

  2. Open a ticket and click the KiteSuite icon in the sidebar.

  3. You will be prompted to connect your KiteSuite account via OAuth — no API key required.

  4. Once connected, you can create and link KiteSuite items directly from any Zendesk ticket.
