Data Handling & Privacy

  • Transfers messages between Instagram and Zendesk; no other Zendesk data accessed.

  • Data stored: Instagram user identifiers (username, name, ID, avatar), messages, and attachments.

  • Retention: messages 30 days, attachments 180 days.

  • Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.

Comment l’installer

  • Go to your Zendesk Admin Center > Channel applications

  • Click on Instagramer > Accounts tab > Add account

  • Enter anything relevant into the Account Name field (e.g. name of your brand)

  • Enter login and password

  • Press Connect
