Data Handling & Privacy
Transfers messages between Viber and Zendesk; no other Zendesk data accessed.
Data stored: Viber user identifiers (username, name, ID, avatar), messages, and attachments.
Retention: messages 30 days, attachments 180 days.
Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.

First, install Oapps for Viber™ app from Zendesk Marketplace.If you prefer to install the app without a credit card, use the NOCC coupon during checkout.
Create your Bot account in Viber. Instructions are available here.
Make sure to save your APP KEY.
In Zendesk:
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center -> Channel apps
Click on Oapps for Viber™ -> Accounts tab -> Add account
Paste your APP KEY
- Click Save
