How It Works

Using Select Email Address in Zendesk is easy - here's how it works:
+ Click on "Add a Ticket" & write your message.
+ Choose the support address associated with your ticket in the right sidebar (like macro search).
+ You are able to add specific tags to support addresses, so they automatically go in the right view.
+ Click on Submit as "Pending" or "Solved".

  • Optionally, do not use a default sender address for new tickets, but require the agent to select it
