About this app

Make your tickets time travel!
Have you ever needed to create a ticket for something in the future, but didn’t want it cluttering your views and workflows today? Future Tickets solves this by letting you schedule tickets to be created exactly when you need them.
How It Works
From any ticket, simply open the Future Tickets app in the right-hand apps pane.
- Pick a date and time for your future ticket to be created.
- Add a note for your future self explaining why you scheduled it.
- Select a ticket template to pre-fill all the details — including the ability to copy any fields from the original ticket.
Creating a ticket template is just like creating a standard Zendesk ticket: give it a name, set the details, and optionally choose which fields will copy from the original.
