Your article data is fetched directly from Zendesk each time you access the application, ensuring you always work with the most current information. We only store authentication credentials and organizational settings necessary to maintain your connection to Zendesk.Your article content remains within your Zendesk instance and is only accessed when you actively use the application. No article data is shared with third parties except as required to provide AI-powered features through our trusted partners (OpenAI for content generation and translation services).
