Add a bulletin board to post notifications and announcements to all users on the top bar. Links may be pasted to allow quick access to frequently used websites.

Setting:
1.Install the app.
2.Allow editing of the bulletin to certain rolls or groups as needed.
*Custom objects is required in order to use the app.
