Getting Started
- Click the "Install" button to add Eloquent AI to your Zendesk account
- Once installed, navigate to any support ticket in Zendesk Support
- Look for the "Eloquent AI Chat" panel in the right-hand ticket sidebar
- The AI assistant will automatically load with context from the current ticket
- Type your question in natural language (e.g., "What is this customer's order history?")
- Review the AI-generated response with relevant customer data
