About this app

Easily track the tickets you've submitted. Submitter History displays a real-time list of all open, pending, hold, and new tickets created by the current agent on behalf of the customer — right inside the ticket sidebar.Whether you're following up on a customer issue or checking the status of previously submitted tickets that may not belong to your group or organization, Submitter History makes it fast and effortless.

Key Features:

  • Displays tickets you've submitted across all active statuses (New, Open, Pending, Hold).

  • Refresh on demand — always up to date.

  • Access any submitted ticket directly from the sidebar — no need to leave your current view.

  • In Zendesk, submitted tickets may not appear in your views unless you have All Tickets access. The Basic plan helps bridge this gap by listing your submitted tickets, but you'll still need that access to view full details.

  • Auto-Follower Plan: Automatically adds you as a follower on submitted tickets, giving you full access — even without All Tickets permission.
