This integration is set up within Syncly. To set up the integration, you’ll need to have an admin role in both Syncly and Zendesk.

  • Access Syncly workspace, and choose ‘Settings’ from the menu on the left side.

  • From Settings, click ‘Integration’

  • There you will see Zendesk under the ‘Customer Support’ category. Click Zendesk and enter your subdomain to start integration.
