WordPress Users Can Now Easily Convert Customer Comments into Help Desk Tickets

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – June 1, 2011 – Zendesk, the leading provider of proven, cloud-based help desk software, today announced Zendesk for WordPress plugin. The new integration lets administrators select and easily convert customer comments on blogs into Zendesk help desk tickets.

Companies now have a simple way to track customer issues and assign them to help desk agents from within the WordPress administrator dashboard. In addition, administrators can browse the Zendesk tickets themselves from within the WordPress dashboard.
