Olala Homes scales its rental property business with Zendesk Support Suite

Founded in 2014, Olala Homes knows all too well that it’s one of the smaller competitors in the vacation rental business. Based in Spain, Romania, and Greece, the company rents apartments in neighborhoods that are full of character and rich cultural traditions but that aren’t in the more conventional tourist areas.

After trying to manage its properties on a variety of third-party platforms, Olala Homes unified its customer support operations with the Zendesk Support Suite, which led to higher customer satisfaction ratings and the kind of economies of scale that have enabled the company to go from a handful of offerings to nearly 300 apartments.
